Iconize is a tiny utility that will enable you to dock any program to the system tray. The program allows you to either minimize and restore all applications or minimize a single one only. You can also close all running applications or restore any of them by clicking on its tray icon.

Idle Monitor is a simple utility to run a certain program, open a web site or shutdown your computer after a certain amount of inactivity. The program shows the duration of unattended time and amount of time left to perform the inactivity action. The program displays a warning window so you can cancel the shutdown process.
